This group is a good fit if someone in your life is navigating substance use now or in the past, and you're looking for support, perspective, and connection with others who understand what this is really like.
Together, we'll explore topics such as setting boundaries without guilt, navigating the line between enabling and supporting, managing fear, resentment, and grief, caring for yourself while caring for them, and finding connection with others who truly understand.
